Job summary

The East of England Regional Mental Health Team are looking to recruit a Business Support Officer to work as part of a dynamic programme management office delivering an effective service supporting the managers and staff across the Regional Mental Health Team. The post holder will provide a comprehensive, professional, effective business and administration service and work as part of the mental health team PMO / business office. The role is a hybrid postionpartly based in Fulbourn, Cambridge and partly home based. Full time office based working will also be considered.

Main duties of the job

As the Mental Health Business Support Officer the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the Regional Mental Health Team.

The post holder will provide comprehensive secretarial, administrative and support services to the mental health team PMO / business office. The post holder will need to display a considerable degree of initiative, apply a high degree of confidentiality, possess mature judgement and embody the values of NHSE. They will provide high quality project, service, initiative and administrative support including information and analysis. Whilst also undertakingreporting and analysis of information to support delivery.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.
