Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a programme to help transform the delivery of NHS healthcare infrastructure across the country. You will work in the NHP Transformation Directorate within the Transformation Engagement Workstream. The role will play a pivotal part in leading and supporting the delivery of stakeholder engagement projects and programmes across the organisation's business areas within the Transformation Directorate of the New Hospital Programme.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong previous project management experience, great organisational skills, attention to detail and be confident to work with colleagues to drive engagement work forward as well as be able to adapt and learn and work in a fast paced and challenging environment. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively with a range of stakeholders at all levels both inside and outside of the organisation.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will become a core member of our dynamic Team and help to deliver an effective engagement management support service helping the engagement lead and other colleagues in the Transformation Directorate.
In particular, the post holder will provide and co-ordinate project management support for the Team including the coordination of engagement workshops and working groups, maintaining, and enhancing stakeholder relationships, helping with reports and project plans, preparing and helping with presentations, agenda planning, risk and issue management.
Travel to other Trusts, sites and events may also be required. For individuals who do not have an appropriate place to work from home, office space will be available in one of the regional offices.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.
