A unique opportunity has arisen for a job share position as the Senior Nurse Lead in the Nursing, Midwifery and Social Care team for Workforce, Training and Education in NHSE (SW).

Main duties of the job
The role will support the Regional Lead for Nursing, Midwifery and Social Care in the delivery of this high-profile programme. The post holder is responsible for contributing to shaping the short medium- and long-term objectives for the delivery of a nursing and midwifery workforce across the region, working with key partners.

- Extensive knowledge of a range of specialist areas in a relevant field of expertise acquired through post graduate diploma / master's degree or equivalent experience gained over an extended period of time to enable highly developed subject matter expertise
- Evidence of post qualifying and continuing professional development.
