Job summary

We are looking for an experienced diary co-ordinator and administrator with previous NHS experience to work within the Regional Director's Private Office in London. The role is a hybrid position and requires presence in the London office 2 days per week. The postholder will be working with a team of 5 providing excellent support to the Regional Director and the rest of the regional office.

Main duties of the job

As Executive Assistant, the post holder will work to deliver an effective service to support the London Regional Director and will work as part of the wider region.

  • Ensure accurate and open communication and co-ordination with a range of organisations and individuals, researching and drafting correspondence and papers and ensuring the management of specific tasks, lead reporting and analysis across a range of specialties, functions and projects.
  • To handle significant quantities of confidential and sensitive information, ensuring that the appropriate degree of confidentiality, discretion and tact is adopted at all times.
  • To act, in the absence of other members of the support team, within defined parameters of delegated responsibility, to progress matters or seek guidance from other members of senior management.
