  • Educated to Masters level or equivalent level or equivalent experience of working at a senior level in specialist area.
  • Experience of project and programme management techniques and tools such as Prince 2 or Managing Successful Projects

Knowledge and experience

  • Outstanding clinical and operational leader who can build successful teams and has influential relationships
  • Experience of large-scale transformation and people change management
  • Experience of successfully leading, operating in and delivering priorities in a partnership environment at a regional and national level

  • Recognised credible clinical leader who is able to form and manage high performance, output driven teams.
  • Relationship builder in a complex environments - comfortable building strong relationships at all levels internally and externally (DHSC, NHS Trusts, design organisations, construction organisations and the wider public sector) and being able to influence in complex stakeholder environments.
  • Ability to develop, use, analyse and interpret data
