Nursing Workforce Senior Manager Full TimeBand 8b vacancy.
To support delivery of key regional priorities and achieving the ambitions of the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan, we are looking for an experienced registered nurse to join our Nursing, Midwifery and Public Health Team in the NW Workforce, Training & Education Directorate.
Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of health education and workforce, strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver against Key Performance Indicators.
