Assistant Director - Integrated Neighbourhood Reporting & General Practice Oversight
Are you a seasoned programme management professional with a strong background in primary care, including dentistry? We're seeking a proactive leader to join our team as the **Assistant Director for Integrated Neighbourhood Reporting & General Practice Oversight**.
In this pivotal role, you'll provide delivery assurance for ICBs on General Practice and Dentistry Recovery programmes, overseeing the assurance function for primary care commissioning activities. You will lead the daily management of the PMO function and guide the development and implementation of the Integrated Data Strategy for the Southeast region. By enhancing internal (INP) and external (ICB) reporting capabilities, you will ensure that data is utilised to improve decision-making and monitor programme and project delivery and outcomes.

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead primary care commissioning assurance activities, supporting ICBs with delivery assurance on General Practice and Dentistry Recovery programmes.
- Oversee the PMO function, ensuring smooth daily management and strategic alignment across all programmes.
- Design and implement the Integrated Data Strategy to improve reporting capabilities, both internally (INP) and externally (ICB).
- Collaborate closely with other Assistant Directors, ensuring the workstream supports and enables multiple transformational projects within the portfolio.
- Report directly to the Regional Director for Primary Care and Public Health Commissioning, providing comprehensive oversight to keep programmes aligned while minimising delivery silos.
