Job summary
The post holder will work with the Health and Justice team to oversee the contractual delivery of services commissioned from providers of health and justice Sexual Abuse Referral Centre (SARC) services across the health (physical, mental and substance misuse) sector, including the NHS and the independent and voluntary sector and will be responsible for working proactively with these Providers to ensure a high standard of healthcare service delivery.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will:
Develop effective commissioning relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that those services commissioned are effective and meet Health and Justice indicators, quality standards, KPIs and governance requirements to ensure safe and effective services are delivered
Contribute to the development of service specifications, quality schedules and contribute to the development and redesign of care pathways to ensure services commissioned provide quality and value for money.
Manage delivery of contracts taking actions as appropriate where contract performance is not being delivered
Develop and implement a contract management system to ensure information is properly managed and best practice is shared across the team, Directorate and the wider NHS organisation.
Provide subject matter expertise on Health and Justice Performance systems and measures.
Collect, manage and analyse
Liaise with appropriate functions within the regions, organisation and the
