Job summary
The Training Programme Director in Orthodontics NHSE will support the Associate Dental Dean in the Strategic Development Orthodontic training within the Dental Section WT&E, NHSE.
The post holder will lead on the development of the recruitment and retention strategy for orthodontic training, The role is to support the training of orthodontic specialiy trainees across the North West Region. The post holder will engage with education and clinical supervisors at placement level, attend IRCP and ARCP panels. Support the National recruitment process by contributing to the interview panels.
Main duties of the job
Work in collaboration with AD for Dental Specialty Training to develop and implement a workforce strategy which supports the recruitment and retention of Trainees in Orthodontics.
