Job summary
We are looking for a Consultant to take on the role of Acute Medicine Training Programme Director for the Thames Valley Area. This post will be for 2 hours per week at an EMC rate of 0.5.
The role ofTraining Programme Directoris to work with and support theHead of Schoolinleading the delivery ofa wide range of functions,aligned tothe NHS England mandate.
Main duties of the job
TheTraining Programme Directorisprofessionally and managerially accountable to theHead of School.TheTraining Programme Directorwill focus upon improvement of learner supervision, assessment and experience, engagement of faculty and ensuring effective educational outcomes, both now and in the future. The role is evolvingand will also focuson whole workforce transformation and developing multi-professional links.
