Job summary
The Training Programme Director in Haematology (NW) will support the Head of School in the Strategic Development of the School of Medicine.
The post holder will lead on the development of the School's Recruitment and Retention Strategy and contribute to supporting the School Operational Programme.
The post holder will be a member of the School Board.
This role is for the Manchester region.
Main duties of the job
Work in collaboration with Head of School of Medicine to develop and implement a Medical Workforce Strategy which supports the recruitment and retention of Haematology Trainees with focus on the regional education programs.
