An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Diabetes Quality Improvement & Assurance Team within the North West Coast Clinical Network (NWC CN)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, high achieving and experienced Clinical Network Coordinator on a fixed term contract until 31st October 2023.
The post holder will work on supporting improvement and quality assurance projects/ programmes and will be part of a dynamic clinical network support service. The role will require day-to-day responsibility for projects supporting delivery of the NHS Long Term Plan for diabetes care and prevention. The ideal candidate will be a team player with the motivation to make improvements and work on projects from conception to completion ensuring engagement with all relevant stakeholders. The post holder must be able to work to tight deadlines, be adaptable to changing/challenging situations and able to manage and prioritise their own work efficiently.
The role will be based in a suitable NHS England base, working across the North West Coast area with a focus on Cheshire and Merseyside footprints. Travel across the whole North West Coast area is required. However, the role will be initially working from home with travel within the region as needed.

Main duties of the job
As a Clinical Network Coordinator, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the Clinical NetworkIn particular the post holder will:o Support teams to ensure that the portfolio of tasks/projects is planned, managed and delivered effectively.o Support and inform the targeting of resources, monitoring spends, implementation and evaluation of the tasks/projects by providing high quality support including complex information and analysis, communications and stakeholder management.o Ensure accurate and open communication and co-ordination with a range of organisations and individuals, researching and drafting correspondence and papers and ensuring the management of specific tasks, lead reporting and analysis across a range of specialties, functions and projects.o Be a key member of the team as well as supporting effective communication and stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
