Main duties of the job
As a Finance Business Partner you will play a critical role in our financial planning and decision-making processes. You will work closely with key budget holders, providing vital insights that drive the organisation's strategy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- preparing, analysing and reporting on monthly management accounts
- developing and monitoring budgets, forecasts and financial models
- collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making
- identifying costs-saving opportunities and driving efficiency improvements
- support year-end financial processes and liaising with audiors
- continuously improving financial systems, processes and controls.
