As a Digital Training Content Officer, you will work across a wide range of digital training projects producing media assets such as animation video and graphics for user interfaces. This role is dynamic and will evolve over time, offering you the chance to grow and develop your skills.

Main duties of the job

What you youll be doing:

  • Create media assets for inclusion in training materials, working to supplied briefs.
  • Publish and manage materials on delivery platforms such as our organisational Vimeo channel.
  • Ensure digital content is of high quality, accurate, and optimised for delivery.
  • Work on both intranet and internet to design pages to deliver digital training media.
  • Adhere to relevant confidentiality and equality and diversity policies/procedures, promoting these practices within your area of work.

What youre likely to bring:

  • Youre likely to have a HND or degree in graphic / digital design or media production or experience in digital content design.

Skills and knowledge

  • High level of competency with the Adobe Creative Suite applications: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, After Effects, Audition, and InDesign.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Applications: Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel.
  • Desirable skills include Vyond Animation platform, Canva, Vimeo and WordPress

NHS Resolution is an Arms Length Body of the Department of Health & Social Care. As a not for profit part of the NHS, our purpose is to provide expertise to the NHS to resolve concerns fairly, share learning for improvement and preserve resources for patients. We have four key service areas:

Claims Management: delivering expertise in handling clinical and non-clinical claims to members of our Indemnity Schemes.

Practitioner Performance Advice: providing advice, support and interventions in relation to concerns about the individual performance of Doctors, Dentists and Pharmacists.

Primary Care Appeals: offering an impartial tribunal service for the fair handling of Primary Care contracting services.

Safety and Learning: supporting the NHS to better understand and learn from claims, concerns and disputes; to target safety activity while sharing learning across the NHS.
