Job summary
In summer 2021, NHS
Resolution launched the Core Systems Programme (CSP) to fundamentally re-design
and optimise our central processing systems. This is an exciting major digital transformation
programme which will radically improve our service delivery, improve the day to
day experience of our users, both internally and externally, and put in place a
technology foundation which supports us securely into the future. This is being
achieved by combining a collaborative organisation wide approach to service and
system design, with a new cloud based software as a service platform and support
from our service integration partner.
We are now
seeking an experienced digital training manager with proven skills in producing
engaging, high-quality, multi-channel eLearning and interactive educational
online resources to support staff with the digital adoption of this new service
platform.

Main duties of the job
- Build
accurate visual storyboards, wireframes and prototypes for interactive content,
animations, video and simulations
- Transform
complex Subject Matter Expert workflows, content and briefs into agile, engaging
eLearning materials and digital resources
- Ensure
that the content meets the desired learning objectives for the intended
audience and that it is aligned with user-centred learning, diversity equality
and inclusion and accessibility best practices.
- Visualise
complex concepts, procedures and processes in an effective and engaging way
through the use of infographics, diagrams and illustrations
- Develop,
deliver and maintain learning resources including checklists, guides, decision
trees, FAQs, quick start guides, how to, toolkits etc. that effectively
support different users learning needs
- Effectively
manage multiple projects and initiatives from analysis, design, creation,
development, delivery through to evaluation
- Work
collaboratively with the Product Owner to ensure the accuracy of the contents
and sign off process
- Test
and support the introduction of new functionality, systems and processes
- Conduct
Quality Assurance checks of both the storyboard and the learning environment with
SMEs and Product Owners
