Job summary
We are recruiting for Adviser(s) to work in NHS
Resolution's Practitioner Performance Advice service (Advice). This is an
exciting time to join Advice as we embark on a number of ambitious programmes
designed to support and promote a just and fair culture across the NHS by
providing an independent and expert advisory and support service for medical,
dental and pharmacy practitioners and healthcare organisations. If you have
experience in managing performance concerns and a passion for resolving
concerns in a fair and just way then please apply.

areas: medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, employment law, the defence, professional
membership or regulatory bodies and HR. In addition, you will need an in-depth

experience of the existing team, we encourage applications from
underrepresented groups. Applications would be welcomed from suitably qualified
individuals wishing to work flexible hours (a minimum of 22.5 hours per week).
Fixed term contracts and secondment arrangements would be considered.

Working within a defined job
plan which sets out key areas of responsibility and specialist areas e.g.

accordance with the agreed quality Case Management Framework.
