We are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for the 4th Cohort of our Junior Case Manager Apprenticeship Programme.
This is an entry level opportunity to join the Claims Management team as a Junior Case Manager under a 23-month Apprenticeship Programme.
Main duties of the job
As a Junior Case Manager Apprentice, you will be responsible for providing proactive support with the preparation and management of claims from commencement to conclusion on behalf of members to achieve early, equitable and cost-effective resolution of claims.
Following the success of previous cohorts, this apprenticeship provides the opportunity to study alongside employment with the support of award-winning colleagues and a dedicated apprenticeship coach for the duration of your course.
As a Junior Case Manager (Agenda for Change Band 5) you will be required to undertake the Insurance Practitioner Level 3 Apprenticeship. The apprenticeship will combine practical on the job training while studying with the external training provider to achieve the CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) Certificate in Insurance.
Following the successful completion of the programme there will be opportunities for you to potentially progress and be interviewed for the role of Case Manager (Agenda for Change Band 7).
