Job summary
The Opportunity
We have a Service Integration and Management (SIaM) Analyst vacancy available which will offer you the exciting opportunity to work in the newly formed SIAM team within Digital, Data and Technology & Transformation (DDaTT).
DDaTT is helping to modernise and transform the business, putting the user at the heart of everything we do; including the delivery of business solutions using agile methods.
In this role, you will demonstrate a range of Service Management skills supporting a more holistic approach to service management delivery in accordance with ITIL V3/V4 practices with a primary focus on Service Performance and Reporting, IT Change Enablement, Major Incident & Problem Management and Digital Training activities.

Main duties of the job
- Supporting the development, introduction, transition, and day-to-day operation of ITIL SIaM processes including IT Change Enablement, Problem Management, Major Incident Management, and Supplier Performance Management.
- Supporting the adoption of SIaM policies, processes, and procedures to ensure they are in place for each function and are followed by all Service Providers.
- Controlling and administering data repositories used to manage the SIaM service.
- Performing in-depth analysis on supplier and internal service performance to identify processes and/or working practices that require improvement.
- Designing, developing, consolidating, and compiling SIaM regular and one-off reporting.
