Job responsibilities
In this role, you will coordinate recruitment activity from approval through to onboarding, working within a supportive and collaborative team. Experience in the NHS and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels across both clinical and corporate areas would be beneficial. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
What you will be doing:

Deliver a professional and customer focused recruitment service, ensuring compliance with NHS Employers standards, NHS Employment Check Standards, and Agenda for Change terms and conditions.
What you'll bring

GCSEs (including Maths and English), NVQ Level 4, or equivalent experience.

Experience supporting recruitment processes from approval to onboarding (including issuing offer letters and contracts, completing digital Right to Work checks, ID, DBS and reference checks).
