Job responsibilities

The opportunity

As an NHS Resolution Service Development Manager, you will be reporting to the Head of Early Notification (Legal) and working across Claims Management and Safety & Learning to enable development of the EN Scheme.

You will play a pivotal role by undertaking key governance and operational tasks to ensure the team are working towards its strategic objectives, while being responsible for the ongoing development and improvement to the teams operational outputs.

This role is offered on a 12 month Fixed Term/secondment basis to cover maternity leave

What you'll be doing

You will lead on performance management, providing content for the Head of EN on the operations & compliance of the scheme and identify reporting opportunities and improvements to existing frameworks. You will use your excellent writing and communication skills to ensure quality reports are drafted, and webpages, publications and presentations are creatively prepared and continuously maintained and improved. You will contribute towards the main aims of the scheme by proactively ensuring data quality and quality assurance within a range of KPIs and management information for potential onward submission to external stakeholders and publications.

You will be expected to engage staff across the organisation working in collaboration to achieve excellent results and enable confident internal and external publications.

Your ability to use your own initiative and proactive approach to implement meaningful and effective change and support the developments of the EN scheme.
