AGH Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Airedale NHS Foundation Trust and provides Estates, Facilities and procurement services for the Trust. We are looking for a Junior Projects Officer to join our RAAC team.
We are looking for a highly motivated and professional individual capable of working well within our current Estates team.
We are seeking an individual with the experience and qualifications stated in the essential criteria within the person specification.
Main duties of the job
The Assistant Projects Officer RAAC (APO) will be responsible for the management for minor and major works projects, under the supervision of the RAAC Manager, ensuring they are delivered on programme and within budget.
The APO will be responsible for the management, procurement and delivery of specific projects and services as delegated by the RAAC Manager (RM).
The APO will be a key member of the Estates RAAC team and assist the manager in ensuring that all delegated services meet statutory and NHS targets.

- oNVQ2 or equivalent in a relevant discipline, eg site/work supervision, building services engineering, building services management, contract management, estates services.
- oFull driving licence.

- oRecognised health & safety qualification, eg NEBOSH, IOSH, NVQ, British Safety Council.
- oRecognised project management qualification eg HEFMA, APM, Prince2
Experience

- oExperience of project management.
