Job summary
The opportunity has arisen for a full time fixed term Domestic Supervisor role to join our Domestic Services Team.
The post-holder will be able to gain experience of working in a domestic department as part of Harrogate Integrated Facilities who offer services directly to Harrogate NHS Foundation Trust.
Main duties of the job
The main duties and responsibilities of the post holder will be to provide leadership and administrative support to domestic service department.
This will include managing the day to day running of the department and being a first line contact dealing with any queries or concerns that are reported to the office.
Examples of other duties for this role will include management and allocation of staff, monitoring cleaning standards, 1-2-1 meetings with staff and the recruitment, training and induction of new team members.
