Job summary
North Tees and Hartlepool Solutions (NTH Solutions) is a limited liability partnership subsidiary of North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust (NTHFT) set up to deliver a range of non-clinical Estates, Facilities and Procurement services across the Trust. The company is a separate legal body to North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust.
NTH Solutions is looking to appoint a Head of People Experience on a full time basis. Candidates will have previous experience working as senior communications and engagement professional looking to develop their career in a challenging environment. You will provide leadership, advice and guidance on all communications matters enabling NTH Solutions to optimise operational performance and strategic growth.
Main duties of the job
This role will lead on communications across the company and will provided advice and support to the Managing Director and Director of HR on the company communications strategy.
The role is important for ensuring all NTH Solutions communications are aligned to company vision, values and and its priorities. The role will lead on communications planning, delivery and engagement across the company with priority areas for staff engagement, branding, company vision and values and the roll out of any new technology developments and or systems.
