Main duties of the job
The post-holder will manage a team as a member of the STaRS service delivering treatment options to service users.
The post-holder will manage and be responsible for a specialist function within the service.
A major part of the role is to integrate a strengths-based recovery approach into the service and support staff in meeting targets set.To work alongside the Inclusion Management team in ensuring service targets are met by mentoring and supervising staff.To take a lead role in service promotion and encouraging new Service User's into treatment. To provide support to the Operational Leads and Service Manager on a day-to-day basis to ensure effective service delivery and staff support. The ability to be flexible and adapt to service needs.
