Job summary

An exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Recovery Practitioner has become available within Inclusion Substance Misuse Service at HMP Stocken.

You will be joining a well established team and providing treatment and support to men with a history of substance misuse.

Main duties of the job

You will be completing assessments, formulating care plans and delivering interventions alongside carrying a case load of men.

Treatment ranges from 1:1 sessions, group sessions and in cell workbooks and you will be supported in delivering all of these.

You will complete welfare checks, run drop ins and support men on OST.

HMP Stocken is a Cat C male training jail.
