Main duties of the job
We are currently recruiting for a Band 3 Administrator, working 37.5 hours per week in our Winchester service. There is some weekend and evening working involved, but this is on a rotational basis. There also a requirement to work flexibly- to work from home on occasions and also be willing to work in other Inclusion hubs as required.

- Provide a full secretarial service to the team.
- Preserve and uphold confidentiality of all client information.
- Maintain filing systems.
- Be responsible for receiving incoming post and deal with any items where appropriate. Bring to the attention of team members any items relevant/appropriate for them to see/action.
- Be familiar with the confidential referral system operated by the team. Supervise the operation of the system.
- Prescription generation and ensuring controlled drug stationary is stored according to protocol.
- Provide callers G.Ps, other professionals, staff relatives, drug users, other agencies with educational information and self-help materials. Take responsibility for monitoring stocks and re-ordering these materials. .
- Carry out the requisitioning procedure for office equipment, clinical equipment and resource materials. Supervise requisitioning of such items.
