In this role you will utilise all of your expertise in providing a standard administration function which will ensure the smooth running of the hub, this may be ordering stationery, coordinating rooms, answering telephones and, responding to emails. But in addition to this, and most importantly you are the first 'face' or 'voice' someone wanting help sees or hears, and their experience of us, starts with you.
The role is within the Winchester hub for Inclusion Recovery Hampshire Service. Inclusion Recovery Hampshire is the drug and alcohol treatment and support service for individuals impacted by their own or someone else's use of alcohol or drugs. This is an administrator role with a distinction, you are an important part of a team, making a difference.
Main duties of the job
Full-time administrator (working 37.5 hours per week) for Inclusion Recovery Hampshire Winchester Hub. Flexibility of hybrid working, between home and the Inclusion Hub. Part time hours will be considered.
You will be the face of our service by meeting and greeting those we support with a warm welcome whilst providing an administrative function to the hub in response to need.

Inclusion, created in 2002 is part of the Specialist Services Care Group of Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT). We provide caring and effective services across England, including, West Yorkshire, West Midlands, East Midlands, West Mercia, Thames Valley, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Thurrock, Essex.
We support individuals, families and communities who are affected by addiction, crime, mental health or need treatment for their sexual health.
