Main duties of the job

Deputy Head of Operations: Drug & Alcohol Services (Practice & Development)

This post is only available to candidates internal to Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

We are looking to recruit a highly enthusiastic, knowledgeable and motivated individual as our Deputy Head of Operations with leadership for practice and development within our community drug and alcohol services which are based across England.

Working very closely with fellow Deputy Heads of Operations for partnership and performance this role is responsible for ensuring our service provides best practice interventions, are innovative, future focused and develop new and better ways of working. The role will also ensure our services comply with all relevant policies and guidelines. The role will also be part of the team tendering for new services and will support the development of strong collaboration and partnership working.

The post offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant difference to staff, service users and communities across Inclusion's community drug and alcohol treatment service footprint.

Whilst we embrace the use of digital technologies to conduct our business the role will require regular travel across England.

The closing date for applications is the 21st November 2022 at 6pm and interviews will take place on the 1st December 2022 via Microsoft Teams. The interview will involve a meeting with relevant stakeholders followed by an interview which will include a scored presentation.
