Job summary
The Innovate Out of Hospital Team is seeking to recruit
an ICT Project Manager on an 18 month fixed-term contract. The primary
purpose of the role is to support the delivery of the Coventry &
Warwickshire Integrated Care Record (ICR) programme. The ICR is an
ambitious programme of work that is focused upon improving patient care
through the sharing of clinical data between and across health and social care
partners in Coventry & Warwickshire. As we embark upon the next stage
of this work, there is an exciting opportunity for a conscientious, motivated
and enthusiastic individual to join us! We are looking for someone who is
dedicated, flexible, and has the ability to work across a variety of projects
and workstreams, and is committed to deliver against our objectives.
The
Digital Transformation Team Delivery offers agile working, enabling a mix of
remote working and onsite. It will be
expected this role will work on any GEH and SWFT site as the project/s demand;
examples are system go lives, team meetings, face to face meetings with project
teams and individual members as delivery and good practice demands. In addition, this role will work across
Warwickshire and all other customers as required.
Main duties of the job
To be the accountable person for implementation of significant ICT
projects of strategic importance, dealing with complex situations which require
analysis, interpretation and comparison of a range of options. Responsible for planning and managing the
analysis, design and implementation of these projects, highlighting benefits
and identifying who is to deliver in accordance with the project plans.
Responsible for presenting highly complex and potentially contentious
information to senior stakeholders and large groups. Prince 2 Practitioner qualification is
essential.
