We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our fast-paced Security Team. This is a great opportunity to learn and contribute to another part of the business. We are highly flexible and can offer this role as a secondment opportunity, full time or part time post, or even job share! Full training will also be provided.

The role involves:

- Providing a complete, highly confidential and discrete investigative and administrative support to the Trust Business Security Unit. This will include support with general site security including car parks.

Providing highly confidential administrative, and clerical support to the Business Security Unit.

Providing operational support to users using the ACT electronic access control system.

Examining and retaining CCTV images for ongoing investigations and complaints.

You will be a member of the tactical incident team during major or critical incidents and provide log-keeping and administrative support.

Main duties of the job

The main duties of the role are:

-To provide comprehensive and efficient administrative and staff officer support services to the Head of Business Security and Business Security Specialist and their direct reports including word processing to a high standard of presentation, preparation of letters, reports, slides, minutes, graphs and servicing meetings.

Input, analyse, extract and retain critical data from complex Vanderbilt Enterprise access control, Reveal body-worn camera and IndigoVision CCTV systems. Ensure both systems comply with NHS data retention schedules. Both are key to patient and staff safety. Fully comply with Data Protection, GDPR and Caldicott Guardian legal principles.

Attend and take multi-agency and internal minutes containing decision making and very high levels of discretion with knowledge and information at executive team level with potentially high national security consequences and impacts.

Ensure equipment in the Trust Incident rooms is checked and maintained on a regular basis.
