DENTAL SPECIALTY TRAINING MANAGER
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dental Specialty Training Manager to join a busy and friendly team, working alongside their counterpart and Associate Dean (Dental Specialty Training) in the Dental Deanery, Medical Directorate.
You will support with the planning, delivery, and management of the Dental Specialty training programmes across the Dental specialties in Wales, providing advice and guidance to dentists in training, training leads and other key stakeholders.
The postholder will have previous experience of working in a similar role, and possess excellent administrative, organisational and IT skills and the ability to communicate effectively with others. Also important are enthusiasm, flexibility, and a willingness to work as part of a high-performing team. Training and development will be provided to enable you to reach your full potential.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work closely with the Associate Dean (Dental Specialty Training) providing effective and efficient managerial support to ensure high quality training is delivered to Dental Specialty Trainees in Wales. The post holder will work unsupervised and to deadlines, working to and developing agreed local and national policies and procedures.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
