Job summary

Health Education and Improvement Wales requires administration support for the national learning management system. The system is key part of the learning and development offer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Digital Learning team.

As an organisation, we don't offer Tier 2 sponsorship.

Main duties of the job

The candidate will be required to:

Provide high level administrative support for the Digital Learning team across a wide range of tasks.

Support the administration, development, and service desk management of Y Ty Dysgu.

Contribute to system documentation creation and management for staff and end users.

Manage project tasks.

Identify and communicate risks and issues.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
