An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the HEIW Digital team as a M365 SharePoint Administrator.

This role sits within the Digital Transformation team, within the Health Education & Improvement Wales (HEIW) Digital Directorate.

Since the progression and evolution of the Microsoft 365 solution, there are now more tools, techniques, and benefits available across HEIW and NHS Wales. There is therefore a requirement for people, processes, data, and technology to embed effective ways of working with the M365 solution, across every tangible aspect of the working environment which supports our users and how they work.

Working as part of the Digital team the post holder will be a M365 SharePoint Administrator, providing administration of SharePoint and MS Teams by assisting the M365 Team in managing permissions and basic configuration of SharePoint and MS Teams.

Main duties of the job

  • To manage day-to-day access requests
  • Ensure permission groups are maintained appropriately
  • Provide support to SharePoint Champions
  • Provide administrative support to the wider M365 team

This role will be based in Ty Dysgu, Cefn Coed, Nantgarw CF15 7QQ. On-Site parking is available to staff. Occasional remote / home working will be available.
