Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within NWSSP to be part of the smartcard team project. The Smartcard project is part of the EPS Electronic Prescribing Services project delivering smartcards to all Pharmacies & GP Practices in Wales
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate with work within a team of RA agents within NWSSP providing training and support to pharmacies & GP practices in Apply for Care ID and Care identity Management whilst updating relevant trackers and dealing with day-to-day queries. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment whist working within a team environment is essential
