We are looking for a People Analyst to join the NWSSP People and Organisational development team to provide support with out workforce information systems, data and analytics.

Supporting the development of the service, you will help shape the vision of becoming 'a one stop shop for all people insight and analytic.

Collaborate with colleagues using workforce data to support them with performance, analytics, business intelligence and workforce planning.

Provides information, guidance and support to colleagues on ESR and its functionality

We operate an agile approach to working, this will include home / remote working with occasional travel to the main corporate office and other sites. You will need to be able to commit to some travel throughout Wales and to making best use of our excellent technological solutions in order to develop and support the service.

Main duties of the job

Supporting the development of the service, you will work with the Senior People Analyst and Senior People Planning and Analytics Manager, you will engage and collaborate with our internal customers providing professional and technical guidance in relation to their people analytics requirements and our Workforce systems including the Electronic Staff Record System (ESR), providing training and support.

Working with our People and OD team you will: provide support in the download and preparation of data to help the People Analytics Manager establish current and emerging workforce issues; learning to design, build and maintain a collection of reports and dashboards that enable effective service and organisational decision making.

As well as supporting the effective deployment, maintenance and management of the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and its associated components to facilitate the continued modernisation of transactional Workforce processes.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
