Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Primary Care, PPV Team for an All Wales PPV Officer. It is a permanent full time role of 37.5 hours per week.As a team we share and uphold the organisations values in all that we do:o Listening and Learningo Working togethero InnovatingThe successful candidate will be expected to work independently on their own initiative with minimal supervision and also work as a team member. Our PPV department currently has a work from home approach but maybe expected to attend the office base at certain times.
Main duties of the job
To assist in the arrangement of PPV remote access visits with the relevant contractor(s). Preparing samples for GMS, Community Pharmacy Services and Ophthalmic visits for verification and analysis.
The post holder will communicate with contractors and their staff relating to PPV processes and will need to be tactful and/or use persuasive skills as necessary.
Responsible for preparation and accuracy of the sample creation for verification of Contractors claims, including the collation of claims / preparation of spread sheets and analysis of results.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
