Job summary

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our expanding team to support the delivery of digital technologies within Primary Care across Wales.

Working autonomously, as part of the Primary Care Services Operational Team, the post holder will provide expert administrative support to the team.

Main duties of the job

The role of the Primary Care Administrator is key to the effective running of the Primary Care Services Team and the successful delivery of digital products and services to Primary Care Stakeholders in Wales.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative business support service to the Primary Care Team:

  • communicating with clarity

  • liaising with internal and external Stakeholders

  • producing agenda's, papers, informal and formal meeting notes

  • managing and prioritising incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • providing statistical information when required

Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) is an expert national body and part of NHS Wales. We work in partnership with NHS Wales colleagues and other key stakeholders to provide national digital and data services which support the delivery of health and social care in Wales.
