Job summary
The Clinical Directorate within Digital Health & Care Wales (DHCW) are looking to appoint an Information Governance Support Officer (WASPI) to work within the team.The organisation leads on large-scale developments that make a significant difference to the people of Wales with this post responsible for supporting the delivery of the Wales Accord on the Sharing of Personal Information (WASPI) services.

Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, team player and flexible in order to support the diverse workload of the team. Furthermore, they will be required to work with a wide range of governance, project and technical colleagues within DHCW, and have good organisational awareness.Applicants require sound administrations skills and the willingness to develop some specialist knowledge in the area of Information Governance including Data Protection, for which appropriate training and support will be provided.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
