Job summary
This is your chance to make a real difference to the staff across NHS Wales through the continued development and deployment for the Welsh Patient Administration System (WelshPAS).
This is an opportunity for a passionate Business Change Facilitator (eLearning & engagement) to join our team to role model digital ways of working and embrace the NHS values as we support the upgrades and deployment of WelshPAS to end users. In the future this will take the form of a WelshPAS app, and a re-development into a web-based system.
You will role model a patient first culture by providing expertise in change management strategies and planning to maximise adoption and minimise resistance. You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to systems and technology, business processes, and organisation structures. You will take the initiative, working autonomously to maintain constructive relationships with all stakeholders, understanding training needs to develop concise and engaging training/eLearning (using Camtasia, Articulate StoryLine and M365/Adobe), while adapting training approaches as appropriate.
This is a National Wales role and will require travelling to multiple sites across Wales.
Main duties of the job
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
