The Digital Maternity Cymru (DMC) is a newly funded programme of work which is aiming to support transformation of Welsh maternity services by delivering an All-Wales digital maternity solution. The team will be working to deliver a service that transforms record keeping for clinical professionals and women and birthing people. The programme will be supporting delivery of clinical standards and mechanisms to use of all-Wales maternity data enabling automated reporting. The programme will also be delivering a portal application for women and birthing people that supports engagement with maternity services throughout the pregnancy journey.
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate Business Change Facilitator (Hybrid) in the DCHW Business Change Team, that will support the programme of work by collaborating with colleagues throughout NHS Wales to prepare for and embed this transformation change.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of e-learning material and will contribute to the patient first culture by providing expertise in change management strategies and engagement plans that maximize employee adoption and minimise resistance, to deliver ambitious and challenging goals.
Together we will influence and inform the shape and content of the Digital Maternity Cymru programme, from deploying to roll out products, using practical engagement tools across Wales.
This is a national Wales's role that will require travelling to multiple sites across Wales.

Essential
- Evidence of business change knowledge and experience.
- IT related degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in the technical development of eLearning, graphic design and web content.
- Extensive Microsoft Office knowledge.
Desirable
- Knowledge of HTML and coding using languages such as JavaScript.
- Knowledge of learning technology solutions.
- Change Management Qualification eg APMG Change Management Practitioner or BCS Business Change Foundation.
- Project Management Qualification e.g. PRINCE2.
Experience
