Job summary
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Administration Lead, working within the Service Management Team of the Finance and Business Assurance Directorate to support the delivery of our objectives through complex support arrangements throughout NHS Wales.
The post will provide exposure to all areas of Corporate Services and Service Management.
The right candidate will be highly literate and have experience of delivering in an IT environment and ideally, have a working knowledge of estates and facilities management and corporate services administration
This is a fixed term / secondment post until 31/03/2024 to meet the needs of the service.

Main duties of the job
Duties will include
- Management of the Support Team and Governance for Service Management Boards, Change Advisory Boards and Assurance Groups.
- InternalAuditingto underpin and validate effectiveness of Corporate Services and Service Management
- To assist with any assigned objectives from the Business Plan.
- Annual document reviews and using designated tools for developing performance reports.
- The posts will provide exposure to areas of ITIL and Service Management, including developing skills in auditing against the ISO 20000 standard.
- The right candidates will be highly literate, have experience of delivering in an IT environment and ideally, have a working knowledge of how information and technology support the delivery of patient services throughout NHS Wales.
The candidate must either hold or be working towards gainingthe ITIL Foundation qualification.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
