To work to increase apprenticeship numbers in General Practice across the region as well as increasing the amount of student placements. This work helps to sustain the future the General Practice workforce and promote it as a career destination for all.

We are a single point of access for training, support and development ensuring there is complete wraparound team support, whether clinical, non-clinical, managerial or leadership.

  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Collaborate with the team to define project scope and objectives
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including schedules and progress reports
  • Monitor and track project tasks and deliverables
  • Ensure that the project meets quality standards
  • Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses
  • Develop and foster positive relationships internally and externally
  • Communicate project updates and achievements to the team
  • Provide feedback on project processes and suggest enhancements
  • Be visible and always be a company advocate
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
