Location: Derby, Oldbury, Leicester, Chesterfield
Salary: £21.30 per hour
Evenings: 30% enhancement
Weekends: 45% enhancement
Full Time or Part Time: we offer a variety of shift patterns including 4
on 4 off and weekends only, ranging from 15 to 37.5 hours per week

A day in the life of a Triage Clinician with DHU will involve:
- Working as a part of a compassionate & professional team.
- Making a positive impact on the lives of patients.
- Delivering safe, effective & patient focused care.
- Facilitate patients through primary, secondary & tertiary care.
- Clinical validation / assessment and provision of support & advice to other advisors.
To be a successful Triage Clinician youll need:
- Registered Adult Nurse registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) or Paramedic registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Ongoing evidence of continuous Professional Development (CPD)
At least 3 years experience in a pre-hospital, primary care or ED setting
Previous Triage experience
At least 2 years clinical experience of NHS pathways.

- Experience of autonomous practice and high-level decision making in complex clinical assessment
- Previous experience working in telephone triage

- Broad clinical knowledge base.
