Main duties of the job

What your typical day looks like:

To provide holistic care to patients in their own homes or care setting

To communicate information to patients & carers regarding their health needs

Working with key stakeholders & partner locally to contribute to the ongoing development of the service

Using a high degree of autonomy through the application of advance clinical skills in relation to the assessment, diagnosis, treatment & management of the patient

Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner

Location: Erewash Derbyshire

Competitive salary: £43,742 - £650,056 (Band 7.0) 30% evening enhancements. 45% weekend enhancements.
