A day in the life of an NHS 111 Clinical CQI Trainer with DHU will involve:
- Working as a part of a compassionate & professional team.

To be a successful NHS 111 Clinical CQI Trainer youll need:
- An accredited NHS Pathways User
- Suitable experience of training delivery
- Proficient in the use of the NHS pathways audit toolkit
- Good Level of IT / PC skills
- Able to work unsocial hours
- Clinical Qulification (Paramedic / Nurse)

- First level Registered Nurse / Registered Paramedic.
- Evidence of CPD
- NHS Pathways accredited coach
- NHS Pathways Accredited Trainer Qualification
Desirable
- Teaching / Mentorship qualification
Experience

- Significant clinical experience including expertise in telephone triage.
- Evidence of suitable training experience
- Previous experience of working with the public in a busy environment
- Computer experience (e.g. Word/Excel/PowerPoint and other packages) as well as email systems and other electronic media
- Expert Adastra and NHS Pathways knowledge
Skills & Knowledge

- Effective communication skills with a variety of media and all levels of staff with the company as well as external agencies
- Ability to present information in different learning styles to different audiences in an engaging manner
- Proficient in use of NHS Pathways audit tool
