Main duties of the job

As a Project Administrator Apprentice, you will primarily be responsible for supporting the administration side of Projects within DHU Healthcare CIC & its divisions. This is a hands-on role, so there will be plenty of opportunities to not just successfully support projects & process, but to also be part of the requirements scoping, planning and delivery of the projects, whilst working towards DHUs Values, behaviour's, and principles

Job responsibilities

Prioritise and manage workload accordingly to ensure all deadlines and targets are consist-ently met.

Support with administration the Project team to process the project from Business Case through to project value realisation.

Ensure all logs, reports, minutes are updated timely and accurately.

Support in requests for change, as required, using appropriate systems, processes, and tools.

Action any general admin within the PMO department to the standard required.

Answer phone calls and emails into the PMO office in a timely and professional way

Attend and arrange meetings using Microsoft teams in line with the schedule required.

Achieve Business Administration Apprenticeship in a timely way.

  • Eligibility to complete a Business Administration Apprentice
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & use of MS Teams
  • Ability to learn to organise, prioritise & multitask, working to meet tight and often challenging deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other colleagues in the wider organisation.
  • Able to demonstrate can work well within a team and on own initiative.
  • Approachable, responsive, resourceful, enthusiastic, highly motivated, and flexible approach

  • Interest in program & project management structures and governance
