Job summary
The Leadership, Performance and Culture (LPC) Customer Services Team covers a diverse range of duties, interacting with many stakeholder groups (internal and external) to support them with accessing learning services. Learning technology has become an important way in which NHSBT delivers flexible and learner-centred content at scale. In this role, you will work closely with the Learning Systems Operational Manager to design, develop, and optimise major learning systems for NHSBT, ensuring they deliver flexible, learner-centred content at scale. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with NHSBT policies, data security standards, and working with third-party suppliers to enhance learning technologies.

To support the operational implementation, development, co-ordination and maintenance of major learning systems for NHSBT including integrations such as e-Commerce, Business Intelligence Reporting / Self Service Analytics, User Interfaces.
Continuous improvement of learning systems used within the People Directorate by supporting the Learning Systems Operational Manager in co-ordinating system development requests to support NHSBTs learning systems use, driving enhanced service provision and process improvement.
To deliver training and develop support documentation for all NHSBT employees on the use of the learning systems. This will include other administrators, facilitators, instructors, managers and service users.
To provide support for LPC Customer Service staff and to operational managers and staff using our learning systems and associated tools to manage employee data; collaborating with other teams and leading the implementation of additional functionality and improved business processes in collaboration with other group services and operational functions.
Work with the Digital Learning Manager and Digital Learning Consultants/Developers to deliver high quality learning projects.
