This is an exciting time to be joining the Leadership Performance and Culture (LPC) team who have a clear mandate from the NHSBT Executive to drive forward significant initiatives to meet the organisation Leadership, Culture, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion ambitions. You will have close links to the business and be given considerable scope to manage projects that directly contribute to the successful achievement of the organisational values and goals.
Main duties of the job
In this role you will work across NHSBT staff groups and levels to implement the Leadership, Performance and Culture (LPC) Learning & Organisation Development Strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding and embedding LPC strategy, policy, and procedure at an operational level.
- Supporting and promoting a culture that encourages organisational success through Continuing Professional and Personal Development at all levels.
- Leading the design, development, delivery, learner communities, assessment, and evaluation of LPC learning activity using a wide range of learning and development methodologies and strategies to ensure the successful development of Leaders, Managers and Colleagues across NHSBT.
- Providing guidance to learners and managers as required and one to one and group coaching.
- Working effectively with external partners and representing NHSBT nationally as required.
- Acting as a role model for NHSBT code of conduct, values and behaviours.
