Job summary

Main duties of the job
In this role your responsibilities will include: Working with colleagues across NHSBT to identify where digital learning solutions can be used to meet a specific business need/performance problem. Acting as subject matter expert to design, build, test, launch and evaluate digital learning products/solutions. Promoting the use of digital solutions by acting as a digital learning champion, bringing expertise into NHSBT on digital learning technologies, tools and resources. Being part of a team that is transforming how we support people; providing access to what they need, when they need it, at their point of work. Working with clients and subject matter experts to identify needs, apply instructional design theories and build learning products/solutions. These range from individual video and animations to full multimedia rich eLearning content delivered independently or as part of a blended learning program. You will be required to travel and spend time away from base, which will involve working irregular hours and overnight stays when required, with prior notice.
