We are looking for a Strategic Transformation Leader who can collaborate closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership team. The Strategic Transformation Lead is dedicated to articulating, driving, and leading the intricate change essential for delivering the NHSBT vision and strategy. The Strategic Transformation Lead's role extends to providing inspirational leadership to the central and embedded Strategy and PPM senior leaders and professionals across the organisation, all working towards the collective goal of realizing the NHSBT vision and strategy. Furthermore, the commitment is to modernize the function into a data and evidence-driven entity, implementing automated processes to enhance productivity and decision-making.

Main duties of the job

Maintaining and refreshing the NHSBT strategy and leading on business planning and performance management processes. This includes working with the Executive team to align NHSBTs investment in change to the strategic roadmap to deliver the strategic outcomes.
